I absolutely loved the cozy and elegant decorations at Modoco. The hotel had a warm and inviting atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The general areas were spacious and well-maintained, making it easy for me to navigate around as a senior. I also appreciated the hotel's accessibility features, such as ramps and handrails, that made it convenient for me to move around with ease.

My only suggestion for a better vacation for senior people would be to have more staff available to assist with any needs or inquiries. Sometimes, it felt like there weren't enough people working there to provide prompt service or answer questions.

From the moment we arrived, we felt at home in this well-designed and cozy apartment. the highlight was definitely the breathtaking sunset views that we enjoyed right from the balcony. We didn't even need to go to the beach to experience the beauty of the sunset. the daily maid service was a pleasant surprise as they not only cleaned up our mess but also finished our laundry and even folded our clothes. the location was perfect, within walking distance of shops and restaurants, and the staff were responsive and attentive. We had everything we needed to feel comfortable, including heated blankets and a selection of liquor. Even during load shedding, we never had to worry about being in the dark, as backup power was provided. We are already planning to return in the summer to fully indulge in the beach. Thank you, Modoco Villa, for providing such a wonderful experience!

Not obvious to find ✨.

Our stay at Modoco was truly amazing, from start to finish. The value for money was excellent and the room was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, within walking distance to shops and restaurants, and the staff treated us with warmth and responsiveness.

The food for breakfast could be improved with a wider variety of options.

the balcony with stunning views, fully equipped for cooking, and close to Camps Bay stretch made our stay at Modoco Villa even better than our previous stay in Cape Town.

Confusing and hidden entrance.

The view from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking! We spent most of our time there, enjoying the stunning scenery. The apartment was also in a prime location, just a short walk away from the beachfront restaurants and all the action. Another advantage was the size of the unit, it was spacious and comfortable, providing us with plenty of room to relax and unwind.

One downside was the noise from the communal doorway. We were woken up early every morning by the banging of doors as staff and guests passed through.
